Kiwopak Cannon Storm presents a puzzle experience built around a grid of spheres. The player interacts with this board to find and select pairs of identical spheres, and each cleared pair moves the player forward to the next stage. In the opening stage, the total number of spheres on the board doubles, while in the next stage, selected spheres disappear entirely from view after being chosen.

The gameplay includes four special tools that modify how the board behaves. The magnifying glass tool enlarges matching pairs, making them easier to identify. The magnetic tool pulls similar spheres closer together, helping the player group them. The explosive tool removes all spheres within a chosen area, clearing space on the board. The positional tool lets the player swap the exact positions of two selected spheres. As stages are completed, the game increases difficulty by adding more spheres, speeding up visual changes, and introducing new challenges.

The Settings section provides access to sound options and also includes a management area for the available tools. During gameplay, the pause screen allows the player to restart the current stage or continue from the same point, while the exit screen returns the player to the main menu and ends the current session. The game tracks progress and displays visual indicators that show which stages have been completed and which tools are currently available.
